About the job
Start date: Monday 5th January 2026
Due to continued growth and success, we currently have opportunities across our manufacturing sites to work as part of a dependable team, contributing to the production of crafted upholstered furniture to the correct specification and quality standards, in a variety of production roles.
The position plays a key role in our best-in-class products and is perfect for anyone who wants a varied and rewarding opportunity, in a physically active role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Carrying out a wide range of duties involved in the manufacturing of crafted upholstered furniture from the receipt of raw materials to the despatch of the finished product.
Ensuring high quality standards in all that you do, working across various departments which include but are not limited to, goods in, issuing work, inspection, cushion filling, packaging and despatch.
Maintaining and promoting safe working standards with an absolute commitment to your own and others' safety.
Requirements: Your Skills
Someone with the desire to work in a fast-paced Furniture Manufacturing site and develop your skills.
Someone who takes pride in what they do and have a ‘right first time’ mentality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
Flexibility to work across several areas within the manufacturing units.
Someone prepared to do a variety of tasks in order to meet production performance requirements.
