Whitemeadow Achieves Investors in People Silver Accreditation
We’re delighted to share that Whitemeadow has been awarded Investors in People Silver accreditation, building on the Standard accreditation we first achieved in 2019 and again, when reassessed in 2023.
Who are Investors in People?
Investors in People is a globally recognised accreditation that measures how organisations support, develop and engage their people. The assessment is based on real employee feedback, providing valuable insight into our culture, our ways of working and the experience of our teams.
Achieving Silver is a proud moment for Whitemeadow. It recognises that we’re doing more than meeting the standard and reflects the positive culture we’ve built together – one where our people feel valued, supported and have the opportunity to grow.
Through the assessment, our people highlighted the trust and empowerment they feel in their roles, the opportunities available to learn and progress, and the importance of having a voice that can make a difference. They also recognised our commitment to living our values, supporting wellbeing, developing our managers and making a positive impact through our sustainability and charitable initiatives.
